📝 Instructions for Authors (Submission Guidelines)
1. General Requirements
Originality: Submissions must be original, previously unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.
Plagiarism Policy: All manuscripts undergo a plagiarism check. The originality level must be at least 70–75%. Proper citation of all sources is mandatory.
Language: Articles are accepted in English (British or American English is acceptable, but consistency must be maintained).
2. Manuscript Structure (IMRAD Standard)
To ensure scientific rigor, articles should follow the structure below:
Title: Concise, descriptive, and accurately reflecting the research content.
Abstract: A single paragraph (150–250 words) summarizing the objective, methods, key results, and conclusions.
Keywords: 5–8 specific terms for indexing purposes.
Introduction: Background of the study, statement of the problem, and the specific research objective.
Methodology (Materials and Methods): Detailed description of the research design, experimental setup, and analytical methods.
Results: Presentation of findings using clear text, tables, and figures.
Discussion and Conclusion: Interpretation of results, comparison with existing literature, practical implications, and final summary.
References: Organized according to specific styles (typically APA, IEEE, or Vancouver).
3. Technical Formatting
File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx).
Typography: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
Line Spacing: 1.15 or 1.5.
Margins: Top/Bottom – 2 cm, Left – 3 cm, Right – 1.5 cm.
Page Limit: Generally between 5 to 12 pages (A4 format).
4. Figures, Tables, and Equations
Illustrations: High-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi) with descriptive captions placed below the figure.
Tables: Must be editable (not images), numbered, and include a heading above the table.
Equations: Should be created using Microsoft Equation or MathType.
5. Author Information
Please provide the following details for all contributors:
Full Name (First, Middle, and Last name).
Academic degree, rank, and current position.
Institutional affiliation (Department, University/Organization, City, Country).
ORCID iD and a valid professional email address.
