MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT TIZIMIDA RAQAMLASHTIRISH DARAJASI VA O‘ZBEKISTONDA YUK OQIMLARI KO‘RSATKICHLARI TAHLILI

O‘zbekistonda multimodal transport tizimining rivojlanishi so‘nggi yillarda yuk tashish hajmlarining ortishi, transport turlari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikning kuchayishi va logistika xizmatlariga bo‘lgan talabning oshishi bilan bog‘liq. 2020–2024-yillar davomida barcha transport turlari bo‘yicha yuk tashish hajmining 1,366,7 mln tonnadan 1,521,2 mln tonnagacha ko‘tarilishi transport jarayonlarini yanada samarali tashkil etishni talab qilmoqda. Transport turlari bo‘yicha ma’lumotlarning tarqoqligi, jarayonlarning yetarli darajada raqamlashtirilmagani va multimodal bog‘lanishlardagi kechikishlar transport xizmatlari sifatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda hamda tashish samaradorligining pasayishiga olib kelmoqda.


Tadqiqotda Milliy statistika qo‘mitasi ma’lumotlari asosida 2020–2024-yillar uchun O‘zbekistonda avtomobil, temir yo‘l, havo va quvur transportlari bo‘yicha yuk tashish hajmlari tahlil qilindi. Multimodal tashishlarda vaqt–xarajat munosabatlarini baholash uchun nisbiy indeks modelidan foydalanildi. Shuningdek, transport zanjirlari samaradorligiga raqamlashtirishning ta’sirini o‘rganish maqsadida real vaqt monitoringi, axborot almashinuvi tizimlari va avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv platformalarining qo‘llanilish darajasi o‘rganildi.


Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, yuk tashish hajmining o‘sishi multimodal tizimda raqamlashtirish darajasini oshirish zaruratini kuchaytirayotgani aniqlandi. Avtomobil transportida yuk tashish hajmi 1,385,5 mln tonnaga yetgani, temir yo‘l orqali 73,9 mln tonna yuk tashilgani multimodal tizimning strukturasini belgilab bermoqda. Vaqt–xarajat modeli raqamlashtirish darajasini oshirish transport xarajatlari indeksining 25–30 foizga kamayishiga, jarayonlarning barqarorlashuviga va yuk oqimlarining uzluksiz boshqarilishiga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, real vaqt monitoringi, avtomatlashtirilgan ko‘rik, yagona ma’lumot platformasi kabi raqamli texnologiyalarning qo‘llanilishi transport bosqichlari o‘rtasidagi kechikishlarni sezilarli darajada kamaytirishi aniqlangan.


Multimodal transport tizimini rivojlantirishda raqamlashtirishning bosqichma-bosqich joriy etilishi transport xizmatlari samaradorligini oshirishning muhim omillaridan biridir. Yagona axborot platformalari, raqamlashtirilgan jarayon boshqaruvi, texnik va tijoriy operatsiyalarning avtomatlashtirilishi yuk oqimlarining uzluksizligini ta’minlaydi va O‘zbekistonda multimodal logistikaning barqaror rivojlanishiga xizmat qiladi. Olingan natijalar transport tarmoqlarida raqamlashtirish jarayonlarini tizimli ravishda kengaytirish zarurligini tasdiqlaydi.
