Karyer BelAZ avtosamosvallarining chang bilan yuqori darajada ifloslangan havo muhitida ishlatilishi ichki yonuv dvigatellarining (IYoD) texnik holati va xizmat muddatiga jiddiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur ishda chang zarrachalarining silindr-porshen guruhi elementlari, havo so‘rish, moylash va sovitish tizimlari bilan o‘zaro ta’sirlari tahlil qilingan. Eksperimental kuzatuvlar va ekspluatatsion ma’lumotlar asosida havoda qattiq chang zarrachalarning, ayniqsa 10 mikrondan kichik dispers fraksiyalarning mavjudligi abraziv, adgezion va korroziya-mexanik yedirilish jarayonlarini sezilarli darajada tezlashtirishi isbotlangan.


Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi chang omillarining karyer BelAZ avtosamosvallari ichki yonuv dvigatellarining ishonchliligi va ishchi xususiyatlariga ta’sirini kompleks baholash hamda turli darajadagi chang sharoitida dvigatel parametrlarining yomonlashishini bashorat qilish uchun raqamli modellashtirish usullaridan foydalanishdir. Chang zarrachalarining morfologiyasi va tarkibini tahlil qilish, ularning abraziv yedirilish ta’sirini miqdoriy baholash, shuningdek, og‘ir ekspluatatsiya sharoitida ichki yonuv dvigatelining xizmat muddatini uzaytirishga qaratilgan havo filtrlash tizimlarini optimallashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
