BRIEF ANALYSIS OF EVAPORATIVE COOLING METHOD OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS IN HOT CLIMATES UDC: 621.472.383.56

FULL TEXT:

Abstract

This article considers the problems related to the operation of photovoltaic panels in hot and dry regions. Brief analysis of the work of previous studies in this area. The simplified calculation of the reduction of the operating parameters of the photovoltaic panel with the increase of the ambient temperature is provided.

The methods of cooling photovoltaic panel are considered, which can be divided into active and passive. Examples show the advantages and disadvantages of a particular method of cooling a photovoltaic panel. The analysis of evaporative cooling methods of photovoltaic panels to eliminate the heating of solar cells.
