UDC 331.526:312 (575.1) CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO ENSURING EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article explores ways to ensure employment of the population in an innovative economy, examines the efficient use of the working-age population, and studies directions aimed at increasing the level of employment. In particular, scientific research has focused on improving labor quality under conditions of demographic and technological change, and on promoting employment through the development of digital labor platforms. In the context of transitioning to an innovative economy, approaches have been developed to define priority directions for ensuring effective employment of the population, taking into account adaptation to technological stages and climate change, labor market polarization, as well as differences in labor values among representatives of five generational cohorts in the labor market.
