IMPROVEMENT OF SOIL TILLAGE TECHNOLOGIES FOR PLANTING WINTER WHEAT BETWEEN COTTON ROWS
Abstract
The article presents a new study of efficient technology and technical tools for planting winter wheat between rows of cotton in cotton fields, which effectively tills the soil, creates fine soil, reduces energy and operating costs, and provides technical tools for it. Recommendations and instructions for the disk working body are given. In the proposed technology, the unit processes cotton 3.6 m wide (4 rows of 90 cm) between rows in one pass and prepares it for planting. The needle claw, installed behind the leveling grip, processes the soil to a depth of 15 - 20 cm. The disc-shaped blade crushes the clods formed on the soil surface and levels the interior of the field in one way. As a result, 80 - 85% of compacted soil with a thickness of 25 mm is formed between the rows of cotton and it is ready for planting.
