METHODS OF ANALYSIS OF AUTOMATIC REGULATION SYSTEMS USING THE PYTHON PROGRAM
Abstract
This paper explores methods for analyzing automatic control systems (ACS) and optimizing controller parameters using the Python programming language. A third-order dynamic model of a heat exchanger is adopted as the research object. The study presents algorithms for determining characteristic equation roots and time constants using the SymPy library, as well as constructing the object's step response curve through numerical modeling. To ensure system stability and achieve specified performance criteria, optimal parameters for P, I, and PI controllers were calculated using D-partitioning and Ziegler-Nichols methods.
